Above is a chart containing chords for all the songs I've written so far.  To the left is a conversion chart for those of you that don't have or don't want to use capos.  Make sure to START from the column that the song's key is in.

Example: To play a capo 3rd fret C, you'd play Eb with no capo.  It does not work backwards.  You cannot start from the left and go right if the song uses a capo.

Also note that the chords you produce from the left chart may not be at the top, like if you convert Em6 with capo 3 into Gm6. If you're wondering, I think it's something like 001333.
