The title to this one is a semi-obvious reference to that scene in Fight Club when Marla is telling Tyler about how she's trying to kill herself.

Sometimes I think that if people really want to die, it's much more inhumane to keep them alive than just to let them die.  And I don't mean euthanasia, I mean depressed people who have an extreme urge to die.

I've never met anyone like that, though.  The only people I meet at work are the pathetic cry-for-help people who don't really want to die.  I think psychiatric help for real suicidal people is a catch-22: if you really want to die, you sure as hell shouldn't tell people about it because they will try to prevent you from doing it.
