This song was inspired by Lewis Carroll's novels Through the Looking Glass and Alice in Wonderland.  I got really bored at work one weekend and read them both on the internet (the copyrights are expired, so you can pirate the text as much as you want, I guess...)

To play this song, I'd recommend not using a pick.  I think that's what gives it such a soft, dreamy sound.  At least that's what I was going for.

Also, whenever I play for people, they usually tell me this is their favorite song.  Go figure.
