This song is all about how much it sucks to have hot girls who are friends and constantly torment you.  Not that I'd know.  One thing this song isn't about is girls who make out with your friends.

It goes without saying that the title is a reference to the scene in Julius Caesar when Brutus stabs Caesar, so I won't say it.  And the last line in the chorus is definitely NOT a shameless promotion of my novel Twisting the Knife.
